Teresa Neidel-McKee has had an affinity for design throughout her life. With an artistic background and a critical eye, Teresa decided that pursuing interior design was a way to bring her creativity into a career. She followed that idea and completed her BS degree in Interior Design from San Jose State University in 1991.

After working a few years for design/architectural firms post-college, Teresa found herself in the Internet industry. Managing marketing programs and creative services in the corporate dot com world developed her ability to manage people and complex projects.

Teresa wanted to leave the cubicle world and return to her design roots, so she opened
T Squared officially in early 2004 to focus her efforts once again in interior design using both a design background and solid business experience.

Teresa carries a strong passion for her projects and loves to see the process through from conceptual development to complete installation.

Standing in the transformed space and seeing her client’s reaction to their new environment gives her great satisfaction.
